By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Delivery

1. Orders placed before 7:00 PM will be delivered the same day (based on area & availability).
2. Delivery timings may vary depending on:
   • Location
   • Weather
   • Traffic
   • Product availability
3. Customers must provide the correct Block, Street, Lane, Apartment, and Floor details.
4. The delivery person will attempt to deliver only once. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be:
   • Cancelled
   • Or rescheduled with an additional delivery fee.

Free Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Charges & Free Delivery Areas

   • Ahmadi Governorate:

     FREE delivery on orders of 5 KWD and above

     (Excluding Sabah Al-Ahmed area, where delivery charges apply)

   • Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate:

     FREE delivery on orders of 5 KWD and above

   • All other areas in Kuwait:

     FREE delivery on orders of 10 KWD and above

   • Orders below the free-delivery amount may be subject to a delivery charge depending on the area.

Cancellation Policy

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are:
   • Prepared
   • Packed
   • Out for delivery
2. If the customer cancels after dispatch, a delivery fee may still apply.

Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we DO NOT accept returns for:

• Fresh fruits & vegetables
• Meat, poultry, seafood
• Frozen items
• Dairy products
• Opened or unsealed packages
• Bakery items
• Any temperature-sensitive goods

Accepted Returns (Under Conditions)

We accept returns ONLY IF:

1. The wrong product was delivered
2. The item arrived damaged
3. An expired product was received

Conditions:

• Must report within 2 hours after delivery
• Must send a photo on WhatsApp: 606303301
• Replacement will be arranged on the next delivery schedule
• Refund (if needed) will be issued as store credit or original payment method (EXCLUDING KNET fee)

Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are in KWD.
2. Payments can be made by:
   • Cash on Delivery (COD)
   • KNET (Coming soon)
   • Can pay (WM)
3. Prices may change due to offers, stock, or supplier updates.

Product Availability

1. If an item is out of stock, QbuyMart may:
   • Replace with a similar item (customer approval required)
   • Remove the item and adjust the order total
2. Some images on the website are for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Customer Responsibility

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate address & contact details
2. Answer delivery calls
3. Inspect your order at the time of delivery
4. Report any issue immediately (within 2 hours)
