You received damaged, expired, or spoiled products
You received the wrong item
Items were missing from your order
Product was not as described
Photos or videos may be required for verification.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Frozen food
Dairy products
Meat, chicken & seafood
Opened or used items
Bakery items
Clearance items
Requests must be made within 24 hours from delivery.
If approved, the refund will be provided as:
Store credit (recommended)
Refund to original payment method (if applicable)
Processing time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by QbuyMart.
If the wrong item or damaged item was delivered, we will replace it for free.
